Digital Boomerang conducts website improvement surveys on behalf of clients. In addition to the responses to survey questions, we also collect additional personal information (e.g. name and e-mail address) that respondents provide voluntarily.

Use of Personal Information
We will NOT sell personal information gathered from individual respondents. We will NOT share personal information gathered with third parties. It will only be used to analyse the data collected or to contact you for more details on your responses. All personal information, provided voluntarily, collected belongs to the client.

Use of Survey Responses
The responses collected will be used to compile reports for the client to help them create websites that meet the needs of users. The responses are property of the client.

Aggregated Research Data
We compile data collected from all our surveys to produce reports for our clients, media and other interested parties. Such information is based on aggregated, anonymous information and does not include any personally identifiable information about individuals.

Disclosures Required by Law
We are obligated to disclose personal information or responses collected when required by under the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
